Fund Her North is a collective of over 28 women with combined investment power over £450m in the North of England. Fund Her North provides a support community for women entrepreneurs. Whether they are just starting or looking to scale their business, Fund Her North is a unique community of vocal, influential women investors and successful, inspirational entrepreneurs, united to tackle the many barriers facing women accessing investment.
Through a programme of events throughout the year, Fund Her North aims to educate and inspire women entrepreneurs across a series of topics. This event invites you to understand the process of exit readiness and explore the most appropriate strategy for your business.

Jenny Quinn - Partner at Cortus Advisory Group
Jenny has 12 years-experience in transaction services. Formally in the KPMG North Team, she joined Cortus Advisory Group in April 2021 as a Partner.
Jenny has always focused on privately owned and private equity backed businesses and transactions of all sizes, working closely with owner managers throughout a transaction. Her extensive buy side experience, together with actually working company side on a significant transaction, gives her a detailed understanding to help a client prepare for sale, in terms of financial metrics, commercial metrics and the emotional journey that also needs navigating.
Jackie Lindsay - CEO Routes Healthcare
Jackie will be sharing her insights of growing and exiting businesses and the recent acquisition of Routes by PPE.
Prior to joining Routes in January 2019, Jackie was General Manager of Out of Hospital Services for Healthcare at Home.
Jackie also has 10 years of experience working for Independent Clinical Services where she founded Pulse Community Healthcare and reengineered Thornbury Community Services as Managing Director for Complex and Community Services.
Originally, Jackie worked in 'hands on' Social Care before moving into Health and Social Care Recruitment. Jackie has worked alongside many Private Equity partners in her career and led her management team through the recent acquisition of Routes by PPE.
