About the event
Following the Women Angels of the North Conference and as part of our drive to support women angel capacity in the North, we are delighted to be launching the Women Angels Education Hub in partnership with the UK Business Angels Association (UKBAA). The first part of this programme is kindly supported by the British Business Bank and aims to provide further education to help women understand the landscape further, and make more informed decisions when it comes to angel investing.
Our launch event will take place on Friday 9th September, 10-2.30pm, at Platform in Leeds and is open to women who are looking to find out more about angel investing, or who are wanting to learn more following some initial investment.
Our launch event will be informative and interactive giving the you a chance to learn about the fundamentals of angel investing as well as a dummy workshop session where you will have the opportunity to assess and analyse 3 dummy opportunities as an investor and make syndicate decisions. You will also have the opportunity to hear from some of the Northern regions most active women angel investors.
Not one to miss!
