NorthInvest and Innovation SuperNetwork are delighted to be working in partnership with The UKBAA and Fund Her North to present the Women Angels Investing in the North Investment Forum.
Join leading women from the investment industry as we explore how more women can come together to focus on Angel investing. We will discuss how investors and angel investors can work together to help and support more women get involved in Investing to support the Northern Powerhouse regions breaking those barriers to angel investing.
In addition, we will discover opportunities to improve the gender balance in the early stage investment ecosystem in the UK, and explore the myths of angel investing as well as hearing from a panel of female entrepreneurs showcasing the need for more women angel investors and highlighting the pros and cons of raising investment in this current landscape.
This forum will provide the perfect setting for hearing from experienced women angel investors, investment and wealth experts on how to navigate through the details of angel investing and explore the potential for more women to become a part of the success of building early stage business growth.
